The total footprint of this model measures approximately 4.91m wide by 2.25m (without safety area) which is surprisingly compact for so much play value.
The tower itself has a 120cm deck height and is approximately 98cm by 82.5cm in size, which is accessible by a slatted rock wall / ladder which is ideal for younger children who haven?t quite got the confidence to use the multi-coloured climbing rocks. Once your child has reached the deck, they will be able to see out across the garden and have a fun raised play area. There is an easy clean chalk wall inside as well!
Access to the tube slide is via the crows nest balcony . The slide itself is a spiral tube slide which is made from durable, UV protected HPDE to ensure its strength. This slide a fast and long ride so makes an exciting descent!
The roof of the fort is wooden which will offer shade in the summer months and shelter from rain in the colder months.
The unit also features an enclosed lower playhouse which is accessible by a doorway to the left of the rock wall ladder. There is a serving hatch as part of the lower playhouse which features a tarpaulin canopy and a wooden bench for your children to recover from hardcore swinging. The serving hatch is also brilliant for little ones with a vivid imagination for a game of cafés and shops. If desired, the base of this can also be converted into a sandpit using some ground sheeting and play sand (not included). We recommend using approximately six 20kg bags of play sand to fill it.
To the side of the fort there is the swing beam which has two belt swings made from flexible plastic to support your children and a trapeze bar each with a weight limit of 50kg. The swing beam is a ?double swing beam? which means that there are two beams running parallel to one another to ensure maximum strength.
