Wanted roommate for a 2 bedroom unit close to University in BENDIGO, Victoria for sale

Looking for a roommate to share in a two bedroom unit in Kennington. The unit is furnished but the room available has no furniture. It would be required by the roommate to supply furniture for themselves ie. bed, desk, drawers. The room has one built in wardrobe and there is parking space off the street. Non-smoking preferred and no pets (but can be discussed).
The unit is close to the university and Strathdale shops. Rent is $190 a week this includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet.
The current roommate is a 22 year old female university student studying education. She is quiet, works most afternoons and would share household duties with other roommate.
